ST. LOUIS – SSM Health is inviting residents of the Gateway City area to participate in an important survey aimed at enhancing the overall health of the St. Louis community.
Individuals can share their input on various critical issues such as the environment, housing, food insecurity, gun violence, and transportation. The data gathered will help identify priority concerns within the community.
Non-profit healthcare systems are required to conduct the Community Health Needs Assessment every three years under the Affordable Care Act. SSM Health has teamed up with Shriners Children’s Hospital, Mercy, St. Luke’s, BJC, and local public health organizations to carry out this study.
The survey will remain open until the end of May. If you reside in the area, you can complete the survey here in just five to ten minutes.
