ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services’ Summer Food Service Program has developed an interactive map that showcases all the locations in Missouri where individuals in need can access food assistance.
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services issued a statement indicating that the program aims to offer breakfast, lunch, suppers, and/or snacks to children residing in eligible areas during the summer months and in times of public emergencies when children do not have access to free or reduced-price meals at school.
An online interactive map is accessible for families in Missouri to identify locations where their children can receive free meals this summer. Meals will be provided to children ages 18 and under, as well as to individuals ages 18 to 21 who have been identified by a state or local educational agency as mentally or physically disabled and participate in a designated school program for individuals with disabilities.
