ST. LOUIS COUNTY – Maryland Heights is welcoming women to join a self-defense class to acquire skills for their safety.
During the class, Tae Kwon Do instructor Miss Kennedy will be teaching women defensive techniques to utilize when encountering potential threats. Women must be 14 years and older to participate.
This two-hour session is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24 at 6 p.m. at the Maryland Heights Community Center.
The registration fee for the class is $25 for members and residents of Maryland Heights, and $30 for non-residents.
