The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) has issued a recall for over 2,000 marijuana products due to inadequate testing. The products from NGWMO, LLC were not compliantly tested before being sold to dispensaries, according to the DCR.
The testing of the products was done at the unprocessed bud/flower stage instead of the final marijuana product stage required by 19 CSR 100-1, officials reported.
The list of recalled marijuana products includes over 2,600 items. The DCR advises patients and consumers who purchased these products to stop using them immediately.
All unused products should be disposed of or returned to the dispensary where they were bought. Returned products will not count towards a patient’s purchase limit, according to the DCR.
Individuals experiencing any adverse reactions from using the products should seek immediate medical attention and report their concerns by emailing
