Branson, Missouri, known for its live music shows, Silver Dollar City, and golfing, has been recognized as one of the most luxurious weekend getaway destinations, according to a recent survey.
As reported by cardrates.com, the survey polled 3,000 cardholders with substantial point balances to determine the most sought-after locations for a weekend escape.
The survey highlighted Branson’s offerings such as spa treatments and a scenic dinner cruise on Table Rock Lake as some of the city’s top attractions.
Branson was ranked fifth on the list of most luxurious weekend getaways, ranking higher than cities like Manhattan, New York, and Yellowstone, Wyoming.
Leading the list was Maui, Hawaii, followed by Hot Springs, Alaska, and the Redwood Forest in Northern California.
Lake Tahoe, California, claimed the fourth spot on the list, known for its camping activities and breathtaking outdoor views.
