Cindy Fox, of St. Charles, has been named Missouri Realtor’s 2024 Realtor of the Year.
This prestigious award is given to a member who exemplifies “Realtor Spirit.” Dedication to the National Association of realtor’s (NAR) Code of Ethics, efforts to encourage good real estate practices among other real estate brokers, volunteer work, and business accomplishments are among the selection considerations for this award.
Fox was presented with this award on Wednesday, September 25 during Missouri Realtor’s Fall Business Conference.
Serving as a licensed realtor since 1994, Fox continues to be involved in the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels. In addition to serving on many boards and committees, Fox was named Realtor of the Year by St. Charles Realtors in 2012 and served as President of the Missouri Women’s Council in 2015. She also served as President of St. Charles Realtors in 2016 and in 2018, was appointed by Governor Mike Parson to serve on the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC). In 2023, Fox was elected to serve as Chair of the MREC.
Fox serves on numerous committees and as a state director at the state level. She has been a Realtor Party Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor and President’s Circle member since 2011, and a Platinum R since 2019. In 2021, St. Charles Realtors named their annual RPAC auction after Fox due to her commitment and ongoing investment in RPAC.
Fox currently serves on NAR’s Risk Management Committee, while attending NAR Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C., as well as additional NAR conferences throughout the country.
In addition to Fox’s service as a realtor, she continues to give back to her community by participating in charitable activities. Organizations include Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, Salvation Army Women’s Shelter, Autism Speaks, Juvenile Diabetes and local food pantry drives.
Fox’s dedication to the real estate industry, her business, and community showcases her “Realtor Spirit.”
